01 Eligibility

To register and use aice55, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. aice55 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all players.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform.
• You must not be registered under any self-exclusion programme or be otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

aice55 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Players who cannot provide satisfactory verification may have their accounts suspended pending review.

02 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on aice55. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will be closed upon detection. All balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details as they appear on your valid government-issued ID. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent withdrawals and other account actions.

aice55 uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and, where applicable, proof of address. This process exists to protect players and maintain platform integrity. Identity verification is a standard requirement, not an optional step.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected]. Two-factor authentication via OTP is available and strongly encouraged.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on aice55 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform supports deposits via local bank transfer, Philippine online and mobile banking, and e-wallets including GCash and Maya. Full details of supported channels are available on the Deposit page.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. aice55 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. aice55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

aice55 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider.

04 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to the payment method on record for your account. To request a withdrawal, your identity must be fully verified through the KYC process. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes published on the Withdrawal page. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive expedited processing times as part of their VIP benefits. Details on withdrawal methods and processing windows are available on the Withdrawal page.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method matching the name on your verified account.
• aice55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of your request.
• Players must meet any applicable wagering conditions before a withdrawal can be processed.

If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, the funds will be returned to your aice55 account balance and you will be notified with the reason for the decline.

05 Betting Rules

All bets placed on aice55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within each section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to read the applicable rules before placing a bet.

Bets are binding once confirmed. aice55 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where expressly permitted under specific event rules (for example, where an event is cancelled or postponed according to our stated policy).

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and are displayed on each market or game.
• aice55 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game or bet settlement, aice55 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time based on event conditions. Bets accepted during a suspension window may be voided.

06 Responsible Gaming

aice55 is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all players. Gaming on this Platform is intended purely as a form of entertainment. It does not guarantee any profit, and no strategy or system can overcome the inherent house edge in casino games or the uncertainty of sporting outcomes.

Players are encouraged to:

• Set a personal budget before playing and stick to it regardless of outcomes.
• Treat any gaming session as entertainment spending, not as a source of income.
• Take regular breaks and avoid gaming for extended periods without stopping.
• Seek help if gaming is causing financial stress or affecting personal relationships.

All data transmitted between your device and aice55 is protected by SSL encryption. Your account is further secured through KYC verification and OTP-based login protection. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on aice55 and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage, or any form of manipulation of betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds originating from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the aice55 support team or other players.

aice55 reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Platform may withhold account balances pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

09 Account Termination

You may close your aice55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to applicable wagering conditions being met) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

aice55 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

Where an account is closed by aice55 due to a Terms violation, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. aice55 will provide written notification of the closure reason where permitted by applicable law and policy.

10 Limitation of Liability

aice55 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages may occur, and aice55 will endeavour to notify players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aice55 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from participation in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Losses caused by technical failures, connectivity issues, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to an account.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

aice55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. aice55 recommends checking this page whenever you return after an extended absence from the Platform.
